Used to sharpen Topiary shears, secateurs, utensils and other small blades. Made from diamond coated steel. Diamond sharpeners remove less steel from the blade leaving a smooth, sharp edge. With a 2-sided blade designed to reach all areas while sharpening; one side is flat and the other slightly rounded. Fitted with a soft comfort grip handle.
