• Remove the Plant – Gently turn the plant sideways, hold the stems or leaves, and tap the bottom of the pot until it slides out. If needed, give a light tug at the base of the stems.Loosen the Roots – Gently tease apart the roots with your fingers. Trim any extra-long, thin roots while keeping the thicker ones intact. If root-bound, carefully untangle and trim the roots.Refresh the Soil – Remove about one-third of the old potting mix to provide fresh nutrients.Prepare the New Pot – Add a layer of fresh potting mix. If the pot lacks drainage holes, add lava rocks or gravel at the base to prevent waterlogging.Replant – Place the plant in the centre of the new pot and fill around it with fresh soil. Avoid packing the soil too tightly to allow airflow.Water & Settle – Even out the soil and water thoroughly. No need for fertiliser immediately—just let your plant adjust to its new home!
